Hello, I am a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and I have been providing counselling services since 1997. I hold degrees in psychology and women’s studies from York University, a counselling diploma from George Brown College, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Algoma University, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Waterloo. My practice began with a focus on adolescents, and I continue to enjoy working with this population. My approach with teens emphasizes building a solid foundation of trust and therapeutic rapport to navigate trauma, obstacles, and challenges, while also developing new skills and strategies to help them move forward on their life paths. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities such as DBT, CBT, EFT, mindfulness, and IFS, tailoring my methods to each client’s unique situation. I maintain a client-centred, strengths-based perspective and view situations through a trauma-informed lens. I work with individuals aged 12 and up, addressing all mental health disorders, situational challenges, or crises. My practice is grounded in anti-oppressive and anti-racist values, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for 2SLGBTQIA+ clients. With 25 years of clinical experience, I offer both individual and couples therapy. I look forward to meeting you. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at jennifercarolemoore@yahoo.ca.

I have been a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Work and Social Service Workers since 2005. I hold a HBA and HBSW from Lakehead University, as well as an MSW from the University of Waterloo.
I am passionate about working with individuals to achieve their life goals and exploring what that might look like for you.
Throughout my career, I have worked in healthcare settings, often with individuals and families navigating chronic health conditions such as pain, depression, anxiety, and diabetes. I also have experience treating addiction, trauma, grief, and loss. This diverse experience has enabled me to develop a practice that integrates various evidence-based treatment modalities, providing you with a personalized approach to healing.
In addition to being a dedicated psychotherapist, I am a proud wife and mother to three children and one furry puppy. You can often find me at a hockey rink or enjoying some creative cross-stitching!

I have been a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers since 2016, bringing over 20 years of human service experience to my practice. My HBA is from the University of Guelph, and I earned my MSW from Grand Valley State University.
Throughout my career, I have worked in both education and health care settings, gaining valuable experience in addressing issues such as addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and borderline personality disorder, as well as supporting individuals with severe mental illness. I have trained and practiced in various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
Currently, my practice focuses on providing therapy for individuals aged 14 and older, as well as couples counselling.
In addition to my role as a practicing social worker, I am also a wife and a mother of two boys, along with our very silly golden retriever. In my limited spare moments, you can find me enjoying the outdoors, whether I'm running or skiing in our beautiful wilderness.
Choosing to start therapy can be one of the most challenging yet transformative experiences you can undertake. As a dedicated social worker, I believe that when individuals heal from their past and learn to embrace their difficult emotions in the present, they are sure to create an amazing future.
